I see clients 8+ years old, and I am skilled in treating anxiety, stress, trauma, eating disorders, grief, relationship problems, anger management, and a variety of other issues. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach so each client receives the treatment best suited for them. Every person is unique; so should be their treatment. 

I graduated from McKendree University in 2011 with a Master's degree in Professional Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field since 2008, including in a residential treatment facility for adolescents, school setting, and outpatient settings. I have worked with children, teens, and adults from all walks of life. I strive to provide a safe space where all clients can achieve their goals and improve their mental health.

I am currently licensed in Illinois, Missouri, and Michigan, and I am a Nationally Certified Counselor. I am an LGBTQ+ welcoming provider and have experience working with military service members and families, and elderly individuals. I am also trained in providing ethical telehealth services.
